Martijn Kole (1970) has filled management and directorship functions in the international media, telecom and advisory world after his training in Public Administration at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
The projects which interest him involve the setting of strategy, growth and innovation in which new technology and the need for transformations play an important role. His usual clients are start up’s, leading enterprises and organizations that need a transformation in order to stay ahaed of their competitors. The sectors in which he is active are the media, ICT, education and healthcare.
He supports his clients by carrying out strategical planning, positioning, portfolio projects, new business development, take-overs, integration and alliance management.
Due to his experience, Martijn can quickly separate important issues from side issues. He always has the final goal in mind, but also keeps an eye on the developmental process as successful change does not happen without support.
